the staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially when we checked in. our room was clean and comfy, perfect for a night stay. we loved the hotel decor, its modern and fun vibe made our stay enjoyable. breakfast was a nice bonus, simple but decent. the location was good, close enough to local shops and transportation!
only downside was the room lighting was kinda weak, made it a bit dim in there. Wouldve liked better bathroom lighting too. a magnifying mirror would have helped.

Good central location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to public transport, including the nearby Ealing Broadway Tube Station.
The lighting in the room left a lot to be desired, with only a few lamps making it feel quite dark. Limited outlets made charging devices a hassle, particularly with one side of the bed lacking easy access. The breakfast area felt cramped during peak times, leading to a chaotic experience, and there wasn't much variety in the food options — no hot meals and lack of sufficient cutlery and plates. The shower pressure was weak, making it less than enjoyable. A couple of nights were disrupted by noise from other guests closing doors, which were apparently fire doors, adding to the overall restlessness of the stay.

Had a lovely stay here with a comfy queen room and a great shower to unwind in. The cozy lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a book or grabbing a coffee. Just a heads up, the parking fees were a bit on the pricey side, so plan accordingly! 😊

Quirky Decor and Friendly Staff
I appreciated the hotel’s unique movie-themed decor and its proximity to Ealing Broadway tube station. The staff were exceptionally friendly, addressing my concerns promptly. the lack of sufficient lighting in the room was disappointing. Pro tip, Bring your own toiletries, as they can run low.

great experience but minor cleanliness issues
the unique design of the common areas really stood out to me with a fun and vibrant atmosphere that added to the overall experience also the comfortable queen room provided a cozy retreat after a long day which I greatly appreciated
the bathroom cleanliness could use some additional attention to detail

Location was fantastic. close to Ealing Broadway with easy access to restaurants and the tube. The room size exceeded my expectations, and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Staff were helpful, although I did find check-in disorganized. The car park was tricky to navigate, with some areas marked for residents. One downside was the limited plug sockets near the bed. only USB slots available made it inconvenient for charging devices. the stay had its ups and downs, but I appreciated the proximity to the city and the comfort of the room.

The movie-themed decor adds a fun vibe. Parking arrangements are a bit confusing. Close to many dining spots and shops. Enjoyed the on-site bar after a long day. Not ideal for those with mobility issues due to the lack of drop-off areas.

Great location, comfy rooms!
I stayed for 3 nights, and the location is super convenient, close to the Underground and shops. The room was comfy with cool air con, which was much needed! Breakfast had decent options, but a mini fridge in the room would have been nice for drinks. the shower flooding the bathroom was a little annoying.

Comfortable stay with great local access
I had a great time staying here for three nights in a Queen Room. The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the tube, making it easy to get around London. The breakfast offered a delightful selection with fresh options, and the staff was incredibly friendly, helping to make my stay enjoyable. One area for improvement would be enhancing the shower pressure, as it felt a bit low during my visit.

A fantastic stay with friends! We were close to Piccadilly Circus and enjoyed exploring the University of West London. The friendly staff let us check in early, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver. The location was perfect, and WiFi worked great. Definitely, recommend it for a group looking to have fun and relax.
The only downside was the shower pressure. it was a bit low, which was frustrating after a long day out.
