the staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially when we checked in. our room was clean and comfy, perfect for a night stay. we loved the hotel decor, its modern and fun vibe made our stay enjoyable. breakfast was a nice bonus, simple but decent. the location was good, close enough to local shops and transportation!

only downside was the room lighting was kinda weak, made it a bit dim in there. Wouldve liked better bathroom lighting too. a magnifying mirror would have helped.

A couple of nights were disrupted by noise from other guests closing doors, which were apparently fire doors, adding to the overall restlessness of the stay.

One downside was the limited plug sockets near the bed. only USB slots available made it inconvenient for charging devices. the stay had its ups and downs, but I appreciated the proximity to the city and the comfort of the room.

I stayed for 3 nights, and the location is super convenient, close to the Underground and shops. The room was comfy with cool air con, which was much needed! Breakfast had decent options, but a mini fridge in the room would have been nice for drinks. the shower flooding the bathroom was a little annoying.
